Nomiya analyzes photos and videos on your iPhone to help you keep meaningful memories and free storage. We designed the product so photo content never needs to leave your device.

1. Photo library
Photo and video files, thumbnails, and perceptual hashes are processed on-device. We do not upload, store, or sell your photos.

2. Account data
If you sign in with Apple we receive an Apple subject identifier and, if you share it, an email address. This is used to attach Pro entitlements across devices.

3. Purchases
App Store transactions are processed by Apple. We may store product identifiers, original transaction identifiers, and expiration dates to unlock Pro.

4. Analytics
The app may send anonymous funnel events such as scan started or scan completed. Events include counts and sizes, never photo pixels.
